I purchased a 2009 Uplander Van in October '17 from AZ Auto / Mustafa. I am extremely pleased. I noted that there were a few problems with the vehicle and these were corrected when it was sent for a safety. After receiving the van I found other problems ( oil leak / AC not working) and was told to take it to the garage that does his work ( AZ Auto Repair). The mechanics were very knowledgeable, oil leak was repaired (new gasket) and AC will be when I have time. I highly recommend AZ Auto Sales and AZ Auto Repair. David K.

Something wrong with your vehicle, and you want that specific problem fixed, you go to AZ! I've had time where I've had problems with my car and end up at a mechanic to get it fixed, but leave with more problems... problems Ive never had. But when I found this spot, havent had that issue once. Honest, very caring staff. AZ auto has one of the best mechanics teams in the city, honest and reliable guys, who will tell exactly what your vehicle needs in terms of repairs/maintenance, and won't go beyond what is necessary to charge you. Their prices are very reasonable and they work fairly quickly.

I bought at least two cars from this dealer over the past and all I can say that the staff and the owner are extremely helpful and accommodating. One time I came back with an issue in my car within a month of making the purchase, they offered to fix the issue at no cost even though the purchase was made without warranty. I am really surprised to see others such as "Bill Dred" complaint, which I am sure the dealer would return the car with full refund in such situation. Let us not forget that used cars are full of surprises even after careful inspection.

I bought my 06 Honda Civic off Moustafa at AZ Auto and I haven't had any problems at all. The car runs great and the service was awesome. Moustafa was able to work with me and cut out some costs that helped me out quite a bit. He even went out of his way to find me a good deal on summer tires that we incorporated into the final cost and he even paid for half. Overall, I got a reliable car at a very good cost and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I just bought a 2009 Subaru Forester and had fantastic service from the team at AZ Auto! Shadad was my main point of contact, but the whole team was super helpful and kind along the way. The team effort is very different from the experience I got from other dealerships. From what I could tell, they stock cars primarily purchased from auctions (trade-ins), but they seem to be newer. The price I paid was fair and they honored their word on any work that needed to be done to the vehicle, including professional body work, safety items and even some non-safety related items. I had an issue with the catalytic converter that was sorted out through Subaru since it involved a recall. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely check in with this dealership when I buy my next car. Thank you!

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and I had enough information to make an informed purchase. About 3 weeks after buying my car the starter stopped working. They paid for all the repairs and even paid to have my car towed to their shop and the starter was not covered under my warrenty. I highly recommend this dealership.

I spent a long time searching for a vehicle and had easily the best and kindest service experience with AZ in just my first visit which inclined me to return here. Without a doubt I would come back just to get the kindness I was given here ( many dealerships large and small treated my quite poorly being young) however here it was clear it didn't matter who I was and how much I was spending the guys here were simply nice to talk to and easy to deal with. The purchasing proccess was nice and easy and I was well taken care of, I'm greatly appreciative of these guys here at AZauto on Bank Street!

I have read some of the bad reviews and it makes me wonder what some people expect from a used vehicle but you can't please everybody there's more good reviews than bad now it's my turn I purchased a 2011 ram 1500 4x4 and within 10 minutes of leaving the place the rear differential broke not their fault and surely not the mechanic I must say that I'm very impressed and extremely satisfied by the courtesy and response I got they said to take it to my mechanic and they will pay for the repair now you can't ask for better people standing behind the product and wanting the satisfaction of their customers hat's off for these gentlemen I will definitely recommend them to anyone who may ask where to buy a good used vehicle thanks for your business and kindness
